Please read this Disclaimer carefully before purchasing any handmade resin art, laser-crafted keepsakes, or photo gifts on Divya's Art (divyasart.in).
1. Handmade Artisanal Nature
Every product at Divya's Art is individually designed and cast by hand in our Ahilyanagar workshop. Because our items are artisan-made rather than machine-manufactured:
- Minor micro-bubbles, gentle ripples, natural flow textures, and foil dispersion variations are natural characteristics of resin art and not manufacturing defects.
- Real preserved flowers and botanicals vary naturally in size, hue, and petal shape.
2. Display & Screen Color Differences
We strive to photograph our artworks under natural lighting to accurately represent their colors and textures. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to individual screen calibration, monitor brightness, and ambient lighting.
3. Product Care & Durability Guidelines
To preserve the pristine clarity and longevity of your resin artworks, please follow these care instructions:
- Keep away from prolonged exposure to intense direct sunlight and extreme heat sources.
- Clean gently with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soapy water if needed; do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
- Do not place in a microwave or dishwasher.
4. Limitation of Liability
Divya's Art shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper handling, dropping, extreme heat exposure, or usage contrary to the recommended care guidelines.
